Terms of Service

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Lutro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lutro mobile application (the "App").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. CONTENT AND PHOTO PROCESSING

Lutro processes your photos locally for all editing tasks. However, if you use the "Exhibition" feature, you acknowledge and agree that your shared content will be stored on our secure cloud infrastructure (Apple CloudKit) to be displayed to other users.

Objectionable Content Policy (Guideline 1.2):
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users in the Exhibition feed. You may not share content that is offensive, insensitive, upsetting, intended to disgust, or in exceptionally poor taste.

We reserve the right to remove any content and block any user that violates these standards. Users can report offensive content or block abusive users within the app. All reported content and users will be reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.

Outside of the "Exhibition" feature, we do not:

  • Upload your photos to any server
  • Store your private photos on our infrastructure

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

This build does not sell subscriptions or unlock premium features.

If optional premium features are introduced in a future build, purchases will be processed through Apple, and subscription management will be handled in your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

4. USER AUTHENTICATION

Certain features may require registration via Apple or Google. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your credentials
  • Manage account access for signed-in features

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App integrates with:

  • Apple Sign In: Subject to Apple's Terms of Service
  • Google Sign In: Subject to Google's Terms of Service
  • App Store: Subject to Apple's App Store Terms

6. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Is harmful to other users
  • Is harmful to us or third parties

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
